Good to know.
Is the guest app included in Starter?
Yes. Shop Starter includes the online shop and the guest app for iOS and Android. Your guests install it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Do I also need FoodGenius POS?
Yes. Your POS is the backbone of your business, and Online Shop & Guest App is an add-on module. Choosing a higher Shop plan doesn’t change your POS plan.
Can I start with pickup only?
Yes. You can start with pickup orders. If you want to handle your own deliveries, add the Delivery module.
How far in advance can guests order?
With Shop Starter, up to three days ahead; with Shop Pro, up to 14 days. You set the available time slots.
What additional costs should I expect?
Payment fees are charged in addition to the module prices. Hardware, additional modules and usage-based services such as extra phone minutes are charged separately.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Subscribe to your chosen modules directly in FoodGenius. Without a subscription, all features except the “Modules” section are disabled from day 31. No subscriptions start automatically.

Custom colours and fonts, design templates, your own content on the shop homepage, advance-ordering windows you can set yourself, recommendations for additional items and multiple shops. You can’t subscribe to this plan yet. Design templates may cost extra.
