What data can I transfer?

Our AI can import practically any existing data that FoodGenius can process and use. Our team supports you along the way. You can upload your menu directly to FoodGenius. Check the imported details and fill in anything that’s missing.

Can I use my existing devices?

Yes, if they’re compatible with FoodGenius. Our team helps you check and connect them. You buy any new devices you need separately; they aren’t included in the software price.

How long does switching take?

That depends on your data, devices and workflows. Once everything is set up, try out the key tasks with your team. Then choose the right time to switch.

Will signing up affect my current POS?

No. Your existing system stays as it is. You’ll receive an email with your personal login link. Your 30-day trial only starts when you first log in to FoodGenius.

Do I need to choose a plan before starting the trial?

No. You have 30 days to explore all available modules and features. Planned features aren’t included. Decide which modules you want to use afterwards, directly in FoodGenius.

Can I use multiple POS stations?

POS Starter includes one POS station, Pro up to three and Genius an unlimited number. These are software licences; you buy the devices separately.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Subscribe to the modules you want directly in FoodGenius. Without a subscription, from day 31 you can only access the options for subscribing to modules. No subscriptions start automatically. You’ll find software prices and additional costs, such as hardware or payment fees, on the pricing page.

What support will I get?

Data import and help connecting your devices are included. Our support team is available around the clock during your 30-day trial. After that, the support terms of your chosen POS plan apply.
