On-site reservations are planned for Restaurant Pro, and online reservations for Restaurant Genius. Restaurant Genius is also planned to let guests order for themselves at the table. These features aren’t available yet.

Do I need FoodGenius POS?

Yes. Restaurant & Service is an add-on module that extends your FoodGenius POS with table service features.

What information does the kitchen receive?

Orders and special requests arrive on the kitchen display or as a printed kitchen ticket. This gives your kitchen the same details as your service team.

Can I use my existing devices?

Yes, if they’re compatible. We’ll check this with you and help you connect them.

Can I get started before my menu is ready?

Yes. Add your items one by one or upload an existing menu directly to FoodGenius. The AI extracts the available information; you check the details and fill in anything that’s missing.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

After the trial, you can use the modules you’ve subscribed to. Without a subscription, the features are disabled, but you can still subscribe in the “Modules” section. Trying a module doesn’t automatically start a subscription.
