Do I need to choose modules before starting the trial?
No. You can try all available modules and integrations. Planned features aren’t included. You can subscribe directly in FoodGenius to the modules you want to use after the trial.
You get a FoodGenius test phone number and a total of 100 free call minutes. We set up your own phone number once you’ve subscribed.
Can I combine different plans?
Yes. You choose a plan for each module individually. For example, POS Pro with Restaurant Starter.
What does a module price of €0 mean?
There’s no additional base fee for this plan. After the trial, you still need a paid POS subscription. Any charges for other modules you choose are added to this.
How does the annual subscription work?
You get twelve months of FoodGenius for the price of ten regular monthly payments. You can cancel your subscription at the end of your twelve-month contract year, but not monthly.
What happens if I don’t subscribe after 30 days?
No paid subscriptions start automatically. From day 31, only the “Modules” section remains accessible. You can subscribe to the modules you want there and then continue using FoodGenius.
Can I subscribe during the trial?
Yes. You keep access to all available modules and features for the full 30-day trial. You’ll only be charged for your subscriptions after the trial ends. You still get a total of 100 free minutes for the AI phone service during the trial.
